Shiseido The Makeup - Hydro-Liquid Compact

I finally dragged myself to Shiseido’s and bought myself a new compact. I havent used one for a long time. Yes…. really long. All these while, i only use moisturiser or a sunscreen and a sweep of loose powder over my face if i feel like wearing make up. That’s how lazy i’ve become since i became a silai, lol.

This is the second time i’m using Shiseido’s Hydro-Liquid Compact. The first one i bought was in a gold case. The difference between these two is that it’s finer now. Provides a light to medium coverage and not as cakey as the old version. My skin is a tad dry, so liquid to powder compacts are more suitable. *makes mental note to drink more water and sleep in more instead to going gaigai everyday*

It evens out my skintone beautifully yet feels light and comfortable enough for me to wear. I’ve been bare-skinned for far too long a time that i may not like wearing it if it has that heavy feel to it. Overall, i give the Shiseido Hydro-Liquid Compact the thumbs up. Costs Rm151 at Rm48 for the casing and Rm103 for the refill.

This is how it looks like on the inside. Just make sure to close the compact on the left properly until you hear a click or else it’ll dry up and shrink.
